I tried Athena Health and Beauty for a back and shoulder massage and it did not disappoint! I’d been dealing with a lot of tension and you can really feel the difference when someone knows what they’re doing. The therapist was super easygoing and made the whole thing feel really comfortable.

Exceptional, proper sports massage! Under new management, so I tried it out. I have an on-going issue with a broken shoulder from a cycling accident a year ago - physio and steroid injections have not helped. One hour with the lead therapist - Charlie - and I have the greatest range of movement in over a year. Focused sports massage,- a series of stretches/manipulation, and sent me home with YouTube videos of exercises. Probably needless to say, but I've been back already. Thank you! - Ben Mw
